I've finished one and am starting the other. I use a gear puller and tap the back with a hammer lightly to remove. Cleaned up ABS gear and sensor using a soft paint brush. Cleaned rotor with Brakecleen. No particular markings on anything for locations. Replaced caliper, bolts with locktite. I did this a long time ago on a 740 and have forgotten how hard it is to rotate the wheel by hand after replacing rotor and new pads. Should it be pretty hard to rotate? Haven't taken the car out yet, because I need to finish the other side. Did find that I'll need to replace a caliper because the bottom pin isn't as free as it should be. Anything I should watch for when I test after finishing the job (other than proper braking.) Thanks, Scott
