B20 Head Porting

I am building a street B20 for my 444 and have been throwing around different mods. I am considering some exhaust porting on the cylinder head. I noticed that the intake guides which are shorter could be swapped for the exhaust guides and then much of the lump in the exhaust port could be reduced. Anybody done any mods like this? Any porting info or pics would be helpful and much appreciated. Thanks
