Need help backup lights, dash bulb warning light on and shifter bushing. 200 1989

Hi all,

Really need all the help, almost got rearend for none working backup light please help to replace the switch. Idiot bulb warning light, i replace all after market tail light assembly all of them work fine, but when light are turned on dash bulb comes on. And finally shifter sticks when put in ist gear and grinds when put in reverse. Otherwise my clutch is working and grabbing pretty strong. Help!!!
