Spreading electrical issues: gauges->dash lights->AC 700 1991

I do not know if they are related but it sure is rather interesting that the following events have succeeded each other in the period of two months. So, I took my Saab down to do some work to it (replace head with a higher flowing one, change engine mounts, replace low pressure power steering hose, and so on). As a result I am down to one running vehicle: the 91 744 turbo. And then it decided to have the following problems:

o Speedo stopped working. Usually it would kinda work up to 45mph then it would peg unless I was in the highway when it would eventually work.

o If I turn my left turn signal or hit the brakes, the burnt out bulb indicator turns on. It will blink with turn signal. Also, every so often when my headlights come on I can see a bit of a glow on the fog light indicator.

o All dashboard lights, transmission shifter indicator included will not come on when I turn headlights on.

o AC control unit (MCC) is not sending a 12V signal to the low pressure switch. We found this one out when we replaced compressor, flushed the system, and filled with new gas.

I know there are FAQs here for most of these issues, but I just found amusing that one just followed the other like that. Would they be even remotely related? I am wondering if I have ground issues; I did clean the grounds in front of both front doors but it did not do much. I will also clean the ones for the tailights and headlights. But honestly, I am clueless here. You see, since I do not know if one of the above issues triggered the others, I do not know which ones I should address first.
