For years, I had been getting a check engine light only to find the same old codes 3-2-1 and 2-3-3. After resetting the OBD it would only be a matter of time before getting the CEL again. It might be hours, days or months but it was sure to come on.
Long story short: I think I fixed it. I took the radio suppression relay apart and found many of the solder joints had cracked. After re-soldering them and putting everything back together the car started real nice and the CEL stayed off! Then I did the same thing to the fan relay which also had bad solder joints. Crossing my fingers now... I think its fixed for good.
