Hi all! Hope this request insn't to trivial! Under the hood are spring mechanisms and hinges. My car is painted now and home (at last)!! we also placed new a new seal under the hood (just in front of the air vent). well since the seal has been placed the hood doesent come down (closed)in place like it should. the drivers side rear corner of the hood stays cocked up. After inspecting the hood hinges I found that one of the connectors (looks like GIANT pop rivet to me ) is missing and someone put a bolt and a nut through there. it does have a little play in the hinge. Any suggestions on a fix for this!! Thanx in advance! I will try again to get some piks on here, before my pixel volume was way too large! need to try something else!
