Leaky Sun Roof 95 960 900

The rains have arrived here, and I seem to have a leaky sun roof,n my 95 960. Th back of the sunroof does not seem to rise high enough, and this is where the water gets in.

Any ideas what could cause the back of the sun roof not to close completely?

I have ordered a new sun roof seal, not sure the best way to get the old seal off, the new one on, and be sure it is fitted properly. Appreciate the help.
