240DL won't start 200 1990

Hi,

I have a 1990 240DL. Was running great on Friday when I used it last, Tuesday morning it would not start, just keeps turning over and over. This is unusual, it always starts first time.

It has been raining a lot over weekend, torrential downpours so I thought it might be dampness in the fuse area, but I cleaned all that up last night and no dice.

Checked all the other things I can think of, battery terminals, distributor cap, wires, AMM etc. still not starting.

Now wondering if it’s the fuel pump relay. I replaced this about 2 years ago, could it have fried another one so soon? Really don’t want to spend $50 on one if it’s not that.

Anything else I can try?
