Failed 02 sensor after 10k miles???? 200

I pulled code 2-1-2 today....02 sensor. AFter resetting, the check engine light come on again after 10 minutes of driving.

I replaced the 02 sensor 10k miles ago. It was a bosch universal fit type. Could it have failed already??? Or maybe my soldering job is suspect.
