Hi all,

I'm trying to diagnose a problem on my son's '83 245, 150 miles away at college.

His report: he gets an occasional "brake failure" light. More commonly, the dash lights are flickering when he steps on the brake.

Otherwise, the car runs fine....except after a heavy rain, when it's difficult to start. Probably a separate problem.
