advice on torque rod bushing replacement? 200

should I put the car on jack stands and use a jack on the axle to maneuver the replacement, or can I run the rear end of the car up on my ramps and use a jack on the axle? - Ive never been comfortable under the car on jack stands, I'm always comfortable under the car on ramps. Any advice is appreciated.
