My shaggin wagon gets this tremendous rumbling when it comes to a stop. NTB told me it was my bearings and I changed them and it did not solve my problem... My uncle took it for a drive and after, he diagnosed it as being the transmission mounts. He checked the U-Joints and said those had no play. He then put the e-brake on and revved the engine a bit. The motor raised up and then dropped. So he's pretty sure that it is the tranny mounts but we will not be sure until it is lighter outside as it was getting to be dark. So I'll be checking it out and keeping you all posted.
