What is correct size wrench/socket to use on control arm nuts?

11/16" socket must be hammered on (wrecking nut and socket), 3/4" too big (rounds corners), 17mm too small, 19mm too large.

Which wrench?

Where can I purchase replacement lock nuts? What size?
