control arm bushing removal, 91 240 200

How can I remove the control arm rear bushing sleeve from control arm?

Control arm removed from car.

Sleeve separated from rubber bushing and is rusted onto control arm shaft.

Soaked in PB Blaster penetrating oil, applied heat, still won't budge.

Don’t want to destroy control arm.

Help?
