240 Wagon dies when hot 200

I have a 1987 240 wagon that has a problem stalling out when it is hot outside. It normally occurs on days when it is over 90F outside and I have been driving with AC on for over an hour. The engine temp does not seem to be overheating since the gauge stays in the normal range. The car will loose all power and shut down. If I let it sit for 30-45 minutes it starts back up and I can usually make it home without any trouble. This has happened twice this summer and once last summer. I replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and coil (non-Bosch) about a year ago. New water pump and timing belt 6 months ago.

Any ideas of what this could be?
