1-3-3 Code- Throttle Switch Adjusted 200

I got a 1-3-3 code so I checked the throttle switch and it is still adjusted (Not sure how this would change) perfectly.

I've been getting all sorts of codes lately that have the accompanying symptoms but then disappear when I disconnect the problem sensor and/or reset the ECU.

So I decided to swap ECU's, still got the 1-3-3.

So I swapped throttle position sensors, adjust the new one and... 1-3-3 code.

In the Bentley manual there is a mention of being shorted to ground but I can't see how that would happen. I've checked over the wiring and it is in excellent shape, nothing shorting to ground unless a couple wires inside the jacket are somehow getting together. Would be an awfully convenient time to happen with all the other codes I'm getting. It seems there is something else going on, starting to suspect general 'electrical gremlins'.

Anyhow, I'm not sure where to go from here, the only symptom I get is a high idle that will drop to normal when I blip the throttle.
