AC electrical issues on 1988 240 200

First off I want to thank everyone for their help in my quest to get my AC working. The good news is that I was able to jump directly from the compressor to my battery and run the system long enough to fully charge the system. The bad news is that I cannot get any power to the switch/knob in the car. I have another 240 where the AC is working beautifully (of the same year) and I know that I have the wires hooked up correctly at the switch with the one exception of the heavy duty white wire that comes out on top. That got twisted off right at the body and I am going to try soldering that on tomorrow. When I measure voltage on my working 240 AC I see about 10+ volts at all four tabs on the switch as soon as I turn the key to accessory on. On my non working AC switch I do not see any voltage at any of those same 4 connector tabs. The fuse is good and there is voltage at the fuse #12 for the AC. When I jump the two green wires at the switch on the drier it makes no difference.

Any guidance would be most appreciated.

Thanks very much,
Jim Lee
