Stinking new flame trap hoses 700 1992

I got the 2 new flametrap hoses to put on the 2 wagons. The 240 went on really tight as always. I have small hands so getting back there is not as hard as some.

The 740 however was another thing. In getting back there I bumped a few things, namely the inflow heater hose. When I got finished with the flametrap, i noticed a drip. Sure enough, when I touched that valve it had broken where the metal meets plastic. Fortunately the local AutoZone, which hardly ever has Volvo parts, had not only one, but TWO of the replacement valves in stock. 14.00 and a few choice words later and I am on the road. I have a 3 hour drive ahead of me and I am sure glad I found that crack before it blew as a gusher!!!!

Those darn flametrap hoses...
