B230F will not start after short trips 200

Hi

My volvo 240, B230F will not start after short trips. Only if I wait 15-45 minutes the motor will start again.

The starter motor seem to work just fine it is trying as hard as on a cold start.

Moreover, the battery seem to have enough power to allow me to try for quit some time, som I do not suspect the battery either.

What could be the problem?
