Both Head lights fail suddenly 900 1993

Both head lights suddenly went out. Only option was to hold on the brights switch to have SOME SORT OF LIGHT.

Fog lights also did NOT work.

Is there a relay or fuse that I should look at?

Any other tips for this fix?
