Can the trip button be replaced on the speedo?

Driver side power mirror rattles, any fix for that?

Turn Signal arm, doesn't work for changing lanes left side, does whole stalk have to be replaced?

Previous ownwer used synthetic oil, can I change to Castrol 10w30 or do you need to continue to use synthetic?
