bulb out warning/radio issues 200 1991

I replaced my tail light and now the bulb out warning light on the dash comes on when I turn on the parking lights or headlights. It goes out when I'm stepping on the brake pedal. I checked all lights and they all work. Also, there is now no sound from the radio. It turns on but there is no sound. Any ideas?
