no start: fixed - 25A fuse (another Occam's razor) 200

Engine turned but fuel pump didn't run. Jump the fuses and the pump ran fine. Replaced pump relay. Looked at pump, wiring, etc; then cleaned the underhood 25-amp fuse probes and it started easily.
