1988 245 DL, 285k miles

In the rubber fluid line to the rear window washer, there's what appears either a small filter or a one-way valve. Either way, it's blocked and no fluid reaches the washer.

Where can I find a new valve to replace the blocked piece? For now, I've spliced in a small vacuum line connector.
