1990 740 Turbo Wagon - what brand of front brakes? 700 1990

Just got this car as a hand-me-down. It needs front brake rotors and pads and it seems there are two possibilities, either Lucas-Girling or Bendix. Given that I am a newbie to this car how can I tell which brakes I have? If it helps any, it has Bosch ignition and not Regina Rex. I already figured that one out because it has a round coil.
