For your N/A 240, manual tranny, B230, use:
- OEM Volvo D24 Diesel Mounts?
- OEM (Solid Rubber Right Side) Volvo 240 Turbo Mounts?
I ask as I stupidly went to the Spokangeles, WA Volvo parts dealership to dutifully order the Volvo 240 diesel D24 robber mounts.
In 2009, I ordered from Tasca for my 1991 240, with the Car Customer Care Service QUICK REFERENCE PARTS CATALOG 2001 in hand, the D24 Volvo 240 mounts:
- 1229805 (left driver side)
- 1272346 (right passenger side)
What I received from Tasca was stamped on the Volvo OEM mounts:
- 1206216 (left driver side). A turbo 240 left mount. According to the GUIDE, superseded PN 274110-6
- 1330177 (right passenger side) By looking at vendor site like fcp and ipd, PN 1330177 appears to be an alternate for the standard 240 B21/23/230 right side that us currently 274111-4 (on the ipd page).
So, Tasca sent me a turbo 240 left mount and a standard 240 right mount. They did feel way stiffer than the crappy URO mounts when they were new.
Yet, the goal is to install the OEM diesel mounts. The Spokangeles, WA Volvo parts said they have the driver side mount in. Yet the right side mount is on back order with no ETA.
Does this mean true Volvo 240 D24 OEM Genuine Volvo Parts™©® motor mounts are simply not available?
So, would the Turbo 240 rubber mounts suffice as more durable than the standard N/A (normally aspirated) Volvo OEM mounts?
I only wonder why PN 1330177 is an alternate.
Anyhoo, they seem to work fine in the 1991 240. The OEM Volvo 240 M47II tranny mount seems just fine in the 1991.
Thanks. Sorry for the long questions and description.

I don't got no kittys, though, yet.
But they'll chauffeur me around like Tunces, the cat who could drive a car!
