Tightening Power Steering Pump on 240 200

Can anyone give me the step-by-step on tightening the belt on my power steering pump? A picture would be nice as I am missing a bolt from the bracket hole, above the bushing in the slotted bracket. This is on the bottom left of the power steering pump as you face the engine compartment from outside the car. Hope this does not sound confusing. I recently received the adjustment bolt from McMaster-Carr and thought I was on the way to making the fix. Thanks.
