missing idle adjustment screw 200

My idle adjustment screw fell out while I was driving. I must have loosened it during adjustment. I'll go retrace my last ride to try and find it on the street. Does anyone know the screw diameter and pitch, and what it looks like on the bottom? I have a Zenith-Stromburg (Solex) 175 CD carb. The adjustment screw is between the carburetor and intake manifold. The engine is B21A. Should I also be asking this question on the 140-160 board?
