Hi ya'll , i've been lurking in the shadows and thought i'd share some knowledge on sway bars for the 700/900 series.

I scored an IPD one inch rear bar at the boneyard and after looking for a front one for a year, was a bit disappointed. IPD only sell them as front/rear set, so I wasn't going for the $350+ solution. Fitting the rear IPD bar and upgrading the front to a 23mm 940SE allowed serious over steer!! After some experimentation , I came across this:

Mazda 98 B200 pickup has a 27mm bar which fits with half inch spacer as seen in the photo.
The same year ford ranger will work as well.

I do have the IPD front/rear on my second 740 and it seems like the mazda bar works as good if not better than the front IPD
