Poor idle, need guidance 200 1989

Bit of a repost, I had family issues come up this month so this took a back seat.

New: FPR, IAC, Plugs, wires, cap, rotor

Cannot find any vacuum leaks.

Fuel injectors clicking, pulled all, all are ok.

When I unplug fuel injector wires, engine stumbles...Except for #4. No change.

Where to go, what to do?
