1980 244 No Start Issue 200

I need help trying to get a car that's been sitting for 10 years going. Thus far, we know there is spark, (poured gas directly into lower air intake hose and it fired and ran for a few seconds). I'm pretty sure the main issue is with the fuel pumps. Yesterday, I replaced the intank and sending unit with a used from the local PNP, (bench tested and it vibrated), before installing. I jumpered fuse #5 after installing and I could hear it come on. Next, I replaced the main pump with another used and it tested ok before installing as well. Tried jumpering #7 fuse and nothing happened, looked at fuse panel and it appears the yellow/red wire from main is actually plugged into #5 with the in-tank wire. I moved the main wire down to #7 and still nothing, (but I did connect my test light to the main pump connectors and the light stayed on continuosly when attached). Ground under the rear seat is fine, cleaned the connection and moved on. I'm just perplexed as to what to do next, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Here in the NW things don't rust so bad, but maybe there are some connections in the engine bay that need to be reseated? Thanks in advance!
