Really customizing my bricktank 200 1990

I don't know if I am allowed to do two things, so if I am limited to one, just disregard the second one. I want to move my radio to the lower part of the dash/console and permanently install a Garmin Nuvi using, hopefully, a pricey carbon fibre board I ordered this morning. Has anyone tried this?

I also need to find a lower "valance" that goes beneath the rear bumper on my 1990 240. It has a hitch I installed and I want to custom-fit the valance to accept the hitch. I will appreciate answers and interesting dialogue. thanks
