I rarely visit ye' olde Brickboard these days because I have spent more time out of the country than in it. I must say I miss this place, I miss driving and I really miss my dearly departed '78 245 turd wagon. But I digress.
Looking to actually live in my house again back in Indiana for at least six months and I am contemplating the vehicle I need. I will be intentionally unemployed for the first three month and spending all the time finishing the remodel of said house. After that there is a move to the east coast in our near future which mean packing up the zoo (two large dogs, on medium dog, one fat cat, three rats and a gerbil) and relocating them and our stuff to a new house. Of course that house will need a full remodel...and the circle continues.
I said all that to ask this, can the 7/9 series fit the obligitory 4'x 8' sheet goods (dryall, plywood, etc)? I belive my 240 could not even if you tried to slip it in diagonally but I am hoping with the wider overall dimension the 7/9 can. I know it is only 44" between the wheel wells but can a sheet sit on top?
If the answer is no, do not dispare, I will just get another 240 and another small cargo trailer.
Thanks,
Onkel Udo
