What o2 sensor? 900 1993

1993 California Spec 945T. Production date 1/93. Auto Parts Warehouse has 5 California spec Bosch O2 sensors for this year/model. (Out of an amazing 37 O2 sensors for 1993 940Ts). How do I determine which sensor I need. Could go to dealer but might pay $450 rather than $150.

940 O2 sensor faq does not help since it does not separate out 1993 california spec turbos.

Can anyone tell me how I can determine which O2 sensor this car would use?

Problem is high nox at low rpm. No check engine light has ever triggered so I have not attempted to read LED fault code since my understanding is if there is a fault code stored the light will come on.
