This Belt doesn't want to be like the crowd 200 1993

Checked my oil etc his morning and found this:

What a weird way for it to fail (although technically it hasn't failed yet- it's still on there!) Inside out. I'm glad Volvo is smart enough to put 2 belts on the water pump/alt.

Time to change them!
What do you think? better to clip that one belt off until I get the supplies I need or leave it on?

I'll probably do the timing belt while I'm at it. I've heard of the rope trick, but I also heard/read of folks filling a cylinder with oil to create a hydraulic lock. any thoughts on that?
