A/C blows at feet upon acceleration 700 1992

Daughter's 92 740 has the dreaded A/C shift of blowing to the feet and not out of the cabin vents upon acceleration, which is chronicled in the FAQ's. One of the suggestions is to plug the yellow line to the servo motor on the driver's side using a fuse. BUT, does anyone have a picture of which line it is? How about plugging the opening to the servo motor itself? Do we cut the line and plug both ends? Or just one?
The FAQ's are not very clear on this procedure. Any one have any clear suggestions for me, as I will be doing it for the first time tomorrow.
Thanks,
el raidman
