740 3rd seat hardware question 700

What kind of fasteners does the third seat on a 740 have holding it and it's seatbelts in, are they regular hex bolts or are they torx head?
Also are there any pieces underneath the car that need to be retrieved when removing one for proper installation in the next one? I's just been too darn long since I've worked on one and I can't remember and I have a chance to pick one up today.
