Spark Plugs - Now What? 200

Hope everyone's having a good weekend!

I was changing the plugs, and the first two went without a hitch. Then on the third, I just barely started turning with the wrench when the plug broke free. The hex part of the plug that the wrench goes onto just spins on the plug. The porcelain did not break. I slapped everything back together and the car runs fine. So the question is, is there any way to get the plug out without taking the head off, or do I just leave the plug in there until it fails?

Also, I now have two new NGK copper plugs in there with two old Bosch Platinum (I didn't bother with the last plug against the firewall). I'm assuming the plugs should match. The ones I took out didn't look too bad, and I do have some slightly used Bosch Platinums from a wreck.

If anyone has some wisdom to share on this, I'd appreciate it!
