Throttle Body Cleaning 200 1992

I have an occasional rough idle problem, has stalled twice after coming to a stop and engine searches at times, making me think cleaning the throttle body is a logical first step. I realize this is probably a pretty straightforward maintenance procedure but having never done it, I'm just having my usual paranoia about screwing something up.

Any words of caution before I take care of this tomorrow? I'll basically be following the IPD directions from:
