well i cleaned & resoldered the relay and the wipers work again, but only at one speed....which is what it did before it died. the only change is that before it would just act as if i hadn't changed the stalk position. now it responds to the stalk position change by going back to the resting point rather than speeding up.


so the relay is back in action, not sure what to look at next. wondering if the motor is on the way out.
