244- multiple minor fixes - A little help? 200 1984

I've got this 84 244DL. It has a few issues that I've heard mentioned a lot on the board, but not really seen complete how-to for fixing them yet.

Let me preface this by saying I pulled my central door locking fuse because the doors wouldn't stay unlocked until I turned the key 7-8 times.

**Central Locking Relay: I know I've seen a how-to for this somewhere. Where? I turn the key and the doors unlock, then immediately lock. Repeatedly turning the key will eventually keep them unlocked.

**Interior instrument lighting: I seem to have none besides the lights for the speedo, tach, etc. None for heater controls or seatbelts or anywhere. How is it supposed to be?

**Reverse lights: Nope, don't work. Is the reverse switch in the shift tower?

**Passenger seat rattle: It's annoying and incessant above 45mph and doesn't seem to have any loose bolts. Maybe if I just slide it forward or back?

**Water spots on my back window: No idea why they're so bad there, but they are. Is there a good way to get them off? I almost can't see out the rear window at night.

**Aftermarket radio: There's a Pioneer DEH-P2000 stereo head in my car (wah! I want oem! Yada yada...) And it only comes on in KP2. I'm sure there's a wire in its harness to switch it on when in KP1. Is there a wire I can tap besides the cigarette lighter wire? I see it turns on in KP1.

**Headlights aren't wired to ignition: My headlights stay on. I've left my lights on countless times already. Simple relay to the lights switch that completes a ground when the ignition is in KP1 or KP2 will work, right?

That's all I can remember right now, I'm sure there will be more later.
