Anyone else having issues with FCP Groton's heater control valves? 200

Hi all, I recently replaced the heater control valve in our 93 240 Wagon due to not being able to shut off the hot air. The new valve leaked around the seam where the two halves of the case met so I called and got a second one under warranty. I installed the second valve, and all was good for a week. Now the new valve has quit working and I'm getting only hot air again. Anyone else had issues with the quality of these valves? I'm going to have to send this one back now as well. This is ridiculous.
