Chalk up another unsatisfied VPD customer

I don't normally like to complain about things to message boards. Sadly I really can't take it anymore and need to vent.

Back in January I purchased Front progressive rate springs for my 145 from VPD and was told they would ship out in a few days, here I sit nearly nine months later $190 in the hole and no springs for my wagon. I've tried several times to contact John over the past few months via email to no avail. I even wanted to purchase the parts to install my T5 from him, at first, thankfully I was able to source everything through local parts suppliers and Dale at Avalanche got an adapter to me when he said he would.

I sell auto parts for a living and I know if we did things this way our customers would string us up in front of the store.

I gave John the benefit of the doubt and even allowed a little extra time due to the bad weather that hit the area when I placed my order but this is just down right unprofessional.

I'm guessing this is going to be another mark on the life lesson board, should have done more research before buying.

Please forgive my rant I just had to vent where love of a beat up old Volvo matters.
