Door Hinges 700

I understand that the 1991 740 door hinges are the same for front and back doors.
I suspect that applies on the same side of the car and that lefts and rights
might be different.

The question is, are all 740 years the same for door hinges ? When looking for
some used ones , would the left side door hinges from an '87 740 be the same as a
left side door hinges from a'91 740 ??
