I've got an 84 244DL with a PO replaced Engine wiring harness. The plug at the firewall that connects the temp sender wire has one male bullet connector with no wire running to it. It's green with a red stripe and is directly next to (long-ways) with the yellow temp sender wire.
I can post a photo if need be. The car runs fine, but it seems odd that there's nothing connected there and every other male connector has something attached to it.
