I hope this is not a repeat because I thought I posted this message a few minutes ago, but can't find it now.

On my Volvo 940 '95 I'm trying to remove the plastic access panel to get to the tailgate wire harness in the roof. I've removed the 7 screw tabs but the panel seems to be held on by the roof light. I don't want to force that out and I don't know how.

I'm sure someone has broken their panel trying to get access and now knows how easy it is. Before I get violent, please help.
