1991 B230F 745 with 130k miles

I posted about a knock sensor code (1-4-3) but a kind soul told me not to rely on that completely. What else could it be? I would be willing to shell out $26 for the knock-off knock sensor that FCP sells, but not if it's a wild goose chase.

Ignition or fuel? best guess, I realize, but it would help point me in a direction.
