Was planning on finishing a major overhaul of the front end on my siters 240 on saturday. My first rebuilt caliper a re tech from FCP was DOA. The top bleeder won't bleed so I'm suspecting missmatched halfs. It also weeps fluid from either the seam or piston. I've rebuilt 10 calipers myself and not had a single one leak.
