Is this normal? The oil itself that is dipped into the crankcase looks normal but there's a coating of chocolate milk-looking oil on the rest of the dipstick's rod all the way to the top. There's also oil on the dipstick tube.
My oil pressure gauge does peak at 4.5 bar when the engine is cold, so maybe my oil pressure is high. The dipstick has never pushed itself out of the tube. I haven't cleaned the flame trap in a while.
I assume that the chocolate milk is a sign of moisture in the oil. I don't make short trips that often. I don't see white smoke coming from the tailpipe, so I don't think I'm losing coolant.
Any advice? Thanks.
