poor mileage, I think I'm looking at the last piece of my bad driveability puzzle 200 1989

I smell fuel on cold start and car stumbles for a few minutes

fuel was in the oil when I did the oil change yesterday

When warm, runs well.

13-14 mpg

good ecu and amm.

My first thought is the coolant temp sensor.
